Las Cruces · Est. 2018
Handcrafted breads, curated groceries, and thoughtfully sourced nutrition — made fresh daily in the heart of Las Cruces.
Our Story
Central Nutrition began with a simple conviction: that the food your family eats should be made with care, from ingredients you can actually pronounce. What started as weekend baking sessions grew into a full-time pursuit of quality.
Today, our shop on South Water Street is where Las Cruces comes for bread that takes 48 hours to rise, groceries that honor the farmer, and nutrition that doesn't ask you to compromise on flavor.
We source locally whenever possible, bake in small batches, and believe that a well-made loaf of bread is a act of hospitality. Every item on our shelves has been tasted, tested, and approved by our team before it earns a place in your home.

What We Offer
Sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia, and seasonal varieties — all leavened naturally and baked to order.
Nutrient-dense loaves crafted with ancient grains, seeds, and flours milled for peak flavor and nutrition.
Croissants, tarts, and seasonal desserts made from scratch each morning with butter and real ingredients.
Pantry essentials, olive oils, vinegars, spices, and specialty items — each chosen for quality and origin.
Proteins, supplements, dried fruits, nuts, and functional foods for those who prioritize what they fuel their bodies with.
Seasonal fruits and vegetables sourced from local New Mexico farms, delivered regularly to ensure peak freshness.
The Craft
We don't rush bread. Our sourdough ferments for 24 to 48 hours, developing complex flavors and a crumb structure that mass-produced loaves simply cannot replicate.
Every recipe is a collaboration between tradition and what our community asks for. When you tell us you miss a particular grain, we find it. When you need something for a celebration, we bake it.
Our grocery selection follows the same philosophy: minimal processing, transparent sourcing, and products that make cooking at home feel like an act of care rather than a chore.
